Battery Workforce Challenge Y2 Winter Workshop 2025 has ended
  • Refresh Sched throughout the workshop to see any last-minute changes
  • Sponsors, faculty, and students must check in at registration in person at the workshop during one of our registration windows. If you can’t make one, please reach out to Organizers so we are aware you will be arriving at an off time.
  • We live off of Feedback - Please consider providing it for sessions in which you participate
Navigating Sched - General:
  • Use the Schedule feature and filters to sign up for relevant sessions.
  • Each training session is categorized by Type (i.e. Event, Presentation, Roundtable, Training - Swimlane Grouped, Training & Workshops - School Grouped)
    • Event - These are required by everyone
    • Presentations - Each team should have 6 graded events on their schedule.
      • For the Engineering presentations, the entire team is encouraged to be in the presentation and should sign up for their session (for headcount purposes). Teams may not attend other team’s presentations.
        • Teams meetings are required for the BDU and Thermal presentations for all teams. Send the Thermal meeting to Ravi and send the BDU training notice to David. The main presenter for the slides shall be in the room. Individuals on the call may only answer questions.
        • If the team wants to have virtual participation for SW and Module, the teams are required to set up a Teams meeting. Send Module meeting notice to Ravi and the SW meeting notice to Ajay Suresh. The main presenter for the slides shall be in the room. Individuals on the call may only answer questions.
      • For PMAC 1, only your team PM or Voc-D can enter the assessment area. Other teams not listed in the timeslot may not attend to view.
      • For PMAC 2, your PM and designated SME will need to be seated at the table. Your team is permitted to spectate but from the back of the room. Other teams not listed in the timeslot may not attend to view.
    • Training - Each team should determine which member goes to which session. All teams are required to have at least one member present for every session. All workshop attendees are required to attend on of the three trainings (or set up office hours with a sponsor).
  • In order to view your personalized schedule after signing up for classes: Hover over the profile picture and click "My Schedule".
  • Note: "All" shows all events under that category. Do not rely on this track filter to sign-up for sub-teams required trainings.
